Fourth-Class Power Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fourth-Class Power Engineer to join our team at Keltic Seafoods Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating our power plant equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient production of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate maintenance activities of trade contractors
- Complete and maintain station records, logs and reports
- Analyze and record instrument readings and equipment malfunction
- Assist during routine systems testing
- Assist in locating and isolating system problems
- Assist in the development of operation, maintenance and safety procedures
- Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment
- Investigate problems to fix or make minor repair
- Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities
- Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to detect equipment malfunctioning and to ensure plant systems are operating normally
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
- Liaise with management, engineers and other trades
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field
- Stationary Engineer 4th Class certification
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
