POSITION OVERVIEW

Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Valor Intelligent Processing, we're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our business forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and making job offers

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully filling open positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
