- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Stock Management: Order and manage stock to ensure that we have the right products in place to meet customer demand.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to success. As a Shift Manager at Taco Del Mar, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative team.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 36 hours per week.
