Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at MKS Family Enterprises Limited. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Fast-paced environment with a high level of activity.
- Standing for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
