Job Title: Family Caregiver

At Vinayak Kalia, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team. As a Family Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a caregiving role.
  • Punctuality, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and reliability are essential qualities for this position.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license (if applicable).
Work Environment:

Our Family Caregivers work in a non-smoking environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. This role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability, as you will be working with clients of varying ages and abilities.
