Job Title: Family Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team at Sumeet Sahni. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Encourage clients to engage in regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical health.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a caregiving role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

Our Family Caregivers work in a non-smoking environment, primarily in urban areas, and may be required to work in employer's/client's home.

Physical Demands:
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Physically demanding.
  • Repetitive tasks.
