Key Responsibilities:
- Exercise authority as a manager, including staffing, scheduling, performance management, training, and employee recognition.
- Ensure timely completion of performance appraisals and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Keep staff informed of branch updates and industry regulatory information.
- Focus on customer retention and provide ongoing coaching on identifying customer needs.
Customer Service Expectations:
- Manage expectations for exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Communicate Sussex's position on regulations, policies, and procedures in a positive manner.
Operations Management:
- Direct and control daily operations, including security procedures, audit control, and end-of-day reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines/Autoplan experience.
- 3 years of management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Compensation:
- $50,000 – $60,000 competitive wage and benefit package.
