We are seeking an experienced Jet Fuel Infrastructure Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our jet fuel storage and distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the CMMS system to track all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspections, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure accurate cataloguing and maintenance of equipment, parts, and assets within the jet fuel storage and distribution system for accurate reporting and inventory management.
  • Develop, update, and maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, and preventive maintenance plans for all relevant fuel storage and distribution infrastructure.
  • Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement in the maintenance process.
  • Generate regular maintenance performance reports, including downtime analysis, work order completion rates, and equipment performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a fuel storage, distribution, or aviation environment.
  • Strong experience with CMMS software and a solid understanding of how to configure, administer, and optimize CMMS systems.
  • Familiarity with jet fuel storage, handling, and distribution systems, including pumps, tanks, pipelines, and filtration systems.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
  • Basic understanding of the operation and maintenance of jet fuel infrastructure and safety standards related to hazardous materials.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000 depending on location and experience.
