We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Helper to join our team at A1 Quality Transmission and Powertrain. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our garage.
Key Responsibilities- Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed in a fast-paced garage environment.
- Move tools, equipment, and other materials safely and efficiently.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependability, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in a related field, such as maintenance or repair.
- Knowledge of motor vehicles and their systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
