Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Leader to join our team in Squamish, BC. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring the organization's financial health.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a dedicated finance team, setting clear goals that align with our strategic objectives.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing.
- Oversee all financial transactions and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Participate in key strategic decisions as a member of the management team, providing insightful analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and fiscal reporting requirements.

Requirements
- CPA designation or equivalent experience in financial management.
- At least 3-5 years of accounting experience and supervisory experience.
- Accounting experience within the non-profit sector is preferred but not necessary.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and strong team leadership skills.
