Culinary Artist

We are a reputable restaurant seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team. As a Culinary Artist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.
• Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
• Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
• Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to ensure that they are presented in a professional and appealing manner.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
• Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with a fast-paced environment and repetitive tasks.
• Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
