We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at MONTANA'S BBQ AND BAR. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
• Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Work Experience: Experience an asset, with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.
• Language: Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
