We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter Specialist to join our team at 1456057 BC LTD. As a key member of our butchery team, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Supervise and assist other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers as needed
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood to meet customer specifications
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; we will provide on-the-job training
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
