We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
- Wrap and package prepared meats for display and sale
- Supervise and train other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers to ensure high-quality products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood to meet customer preferences
- Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required; on-the-job training provided
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
