Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Test Analyst to join our team at Cloudtrend Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with experience in preparing test plans, facilitating meetings, and managing testing resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare test plans, test schedules, and test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss testing requirements and progress
  • Manage testing resources, including testing tools and equipment
  • Identify and communicate testing issues, implement process improvements, and resolve issues
  • Prepare, review, and present test plans, test summary reports, and test results

Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on application testing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex testing issues
  • Experience with testing tools, including automation, requirements management, test management, and defect management tools

Desirable Skills

  • Demonstrated experience with smoke testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Demonstrated experience testing in both web and mobile environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server
  • Experience using automated test tools, with a preference for Coded UI through Visual Studio Enterprise
  • Experience working with business and technical representatives to analyze issues reported by or in production
