We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Advisor to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Presales organization, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business goals by providing expert guidance and support in the areas of procurement, supply chain management, and business network solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Listen to customers' and prospects' business needs and provide tailored solutions using SAP's Intelligent Spend and Business Network portfolio.
- Communicate SAP's vision for better business commerce and spend management through the SAP Business Network.
- Lead compelling and customized product demonstrations to showcase the value of SAP's solutions.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and coach implementation partners on telling value stories and leveraging demo content.
- Support demo landscape and enable partner consultants to work effectively with SAP's solutions.
- 5+ years of professional experience in presales, sourcing, procurement, AP/Finance, or supply chain industry.
- 3+ years of customer-facing or project management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of procurement end-to-end business processes.
- 5+ years of experience with Ariba, Fieldglass, and/or SAP Business Networks.
- Superior presentation and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in technical, supply chain, or business disciplines.
- Supply chain planning and execution experience preferred.
- Sourcing, procurement, AP/Finance, ERP experience preferred.
- Strong sales support skills, customer service skills, and commercial instinct.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong executive presence.
