Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at Wellness Home Healthcare Services. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support and care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their dignity and comfort.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, engaging clients in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to care plans.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in caregiving or a related field, with a focus on providing personalized support and care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
