About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team at NAUNIHAL SINGH TOOR. As a Family Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their dignity and comfort.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Exercise and Activity: Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, and engage them in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Language: Proficient in Panjabi and English.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, patience, and honesty.
