Job Title: Construction Worker

We are seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team at Gulutzen Concrete Construction Ltd. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Work Environment

As a Construction Worker, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various locations. You will also be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
  • Mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Removing rubble and debris at construction sites
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment
