Job Title: Market Intelligence Analyst

Join Avison Young, a leading commercial real estate services firm, as a Market Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing market intelligence and analysis to support business development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Provide market intelligence and analysis to support business development and client engagement.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, including reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Participate in sales and marketing efforts to promote Avison Young's services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or real estate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in market research, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
