We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising staff and helpers, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. You will also be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as requisitioning food and kitchen supplies.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the size of food portions and costs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the capacity to perform repetitive tasks.

What We Offer:We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
