TalentMinded Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and consolidating financial statements, analyzing cash flow, and reconciling accounts.

This is a hybrid role that requires a critical thinker with general accounting experience to bring fresh ideas on automation and processes to the table. You will work closely with our Manager of Accounting and other finance team members to achieve our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and consolidate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze cash flow and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Contribute to audits and regulatory reporting.
Requirements
  • CPA designation combined with general accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new technologies.
  • Highly meticulous and deadline-oriented, with the ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects.
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within and across teams.
