Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Personal Trainers to achieve financial results, member retention, and satisfaction.
- Execute company policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Leadership and/or management experience in sales, retail, or hospitality.
- Personal Trainer Certification.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Exceptional work ethic, motivated self-starter, and team player.
- Professional, punctual, and organized.
