Fitness Success Manager

Gold's Gym British Columbia is a leading fitness center dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Success Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Fitness Manager in achieving sales and sales targets, while understanding and tracking team performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Meet or exceed personal training goals, while assisting the Fitness Manager in achieving overall club targets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to handle objections and upskill personal training presentations, utilizing company guidelines and directives.
- Assist the Fitness Manager in managing the team, including conducting regular meetings and providing feedback.
- Develop and deliver a minimum of one personal training seminar per month to upskill and develop the team.
- Create personalized training programs for one-on-one training, small group personal training classes, and other specialty programs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create a minimum of one educational video, reel, or post per month for social media.
- Provide excellent customer service by instructing and demonstrating the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques, including operating equipment and dynamically moving weights up to 50 pounds.
- Perform administrative tasks as directed by the Fitness Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with all club services, programs, and products, and participate in their implementation.
- Work closely with club management to identify issues within the facility and act as a liaison between personal trainers and other club leaders.
- Educate members on the Gold's Gym British Columbia app to receive personalized workouts, group class schedules, and more.
- Complete any other related personal training team leader duties and/or responsibilities as required by the company.
- Minimum 3-5 years of personal training sales experience in a high-paced fitness club environment.
- Proven ability to achieve high fitness personal sales volume.
- Availability to work one weekend day.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and compassionate approach.
- Fluency in English.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Ability to navigate software systems.
- Proof of personal training certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, etc.) or BCAK registered kinesiologist and currently registered with a recognized organization (BCPRA, BCAK, CSEP, or CFES).
- Current Emergency First Aid and CPR Level A Certificate.
- Minimum of $2,000,000 in liability insurance.
