Retail Store Manager

At ULTRAMAR ON THE RUN, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our sales team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate the ordering and receipt of merchandise to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and sell merchandise to our customers, ensuring that we meet our sales targets.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to help us understand our sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve Issues: Effectively resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that our store is well-organized and easy to navigate.
- Supervise Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee Payroll: Manage payroll administration, ensuring that our staff are paid accurately and on time.
