  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring they work together effectively to achieve our store's goals.

    Requirements:

    • 5-10 years of experience in a retail management role.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with our sales team and other store leaders.
