Retail Store Manager

Friendly Dollar & Discount is seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, managing store inventory, and supervising sales associates.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
- Establish work schedules and manage store operations
- Prepare sales reports and analyze business data
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of retail management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced retail environment

Experience:
