Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our restaurant team at A & W Restaurant. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare food order summaries for the chef, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements

To be successful as a Food Service Supervisor, you must have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic security clearance is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
