Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at Sukh Hair and beauty salon. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and direct them to the relevant service areas
  • Provide information and answer questions to clients and the public
  • Process information required to provide customer service
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked front desk
  • Record and relay information to clients and staff
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Receive and process payments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Calculate billing charges
  • Provide assistance to clients with disabilities
