Responsibilities:

* Operate cash register and process sales transactions
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist customers with purchases
* Assist in display of merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store environment
* Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
* Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
* Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
* Maintain sales records for inventory control

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
