Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, discussing their needs, and offering solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels by tracking stock, reordering supplies, and rotating merchandise.
  • Visual Merchandising: Help create an attractive store environment by displaying merchandise, arranging displays, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Operational Support: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail business with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficiency, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, positive attitude, quick learner, time management, organized, reliability, team player, client focus, and judgment.
