Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our General Surgery team at Sechelt Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Sechelt Hospital is a 46-bed acute care facility serving over 30,000 residents of the Lower Sunshine Coast. Our hospital provides a range of services, including emergency care, renal services, mental health and substance use services, surgical services, and imaging services.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
