Job Summary

RhynoCare is seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Comprehensive Nursing Care
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.
    • Develop and maintain individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team
    • Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
    • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure Resident Safety and Comfort
    • Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
  • Maintain Accurate Records
    • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and RhynoCare policies.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
  • Certifications
    • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
    • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Skills
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Deals with others in an effective, compassionate, and supportive manner.
    • Respects each resident as an individual and is aware of his/her need for self-respect and privacy.
