Job Summary
RhynoCare is seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Comprehensive Nursing Care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team
- Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies for improvement.
- Ensure Resident Safety and Comfort
- Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
- Maintain Accurate Records
- Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and RhynoCare policies.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
- Certifications
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Personal Qualities
- Deals with others in an effective, compassionate, and supportive manner.
- Respects each resident as an individual and is aware of his/her need for self-respect and privacy.
