Regional Manager, Enterprise Analytics Architecture

Northern Health is seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Regional Manager, Enterprise Analytics Architecture. This position will be responsible for managing analytics data platforms, data operations, and data science services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with experience in data management, including linkage, analysis, interpretation, and data management systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage analytics data platforms, data operations, and data science services * Provide consulting to Northern Health Executive and Senior Leadership on data and data management * Lead enterprise-wide information systems projects, managing timelines and resources * Supervise staff and facilitate change management strategies as part of the project * Coordinate the procurement and management of external services * Develop and implement application architecture * Manage assigned staff * Provide leadership to team members * Foster effective working relationships, both internal and external at all levels * Lead change and manage conflict * Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and make presentations to groups * Utilize a customer service approach to staff and clients * Anticipate and respond to changing priorities or unforeseen opportunities * Problem solve complex issues towards creative solutions * Set and maintain priorities, work under pressure, and be results-oriented * Supervise staff * Translate business needs into application architecture requirements * Demonstrate knowledge of related technical architecture * Demonstrate knowledge of the project management process and the systems development life cycle * Physical ability to perform the duties of the position * Ability and willingness to travel within Northern Health's geographic region

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum seven (7) years of recent, related leadership and management experience, working within a complex environment (preferably healthcare), including responsibility for operations at an enterprise level. * Experience with data management including linkage, analysis, interpretation, and data management systems. * Knowledge in data governance practices and business and technology issues related to enterprise data asset management. * Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. * Experience with project leadership and/or PMP certification is an asset.
