Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Operational Project Lead - Hospitality Interior to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, coordinating, and executing hospitality interior fitting-out projects, including new build, renovation, and other special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scope and cost with input from stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery within budget and best quality.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, including scopes, costs, timelines, deliverables, and other key elements, for approval by stakeholders.
  • Assess and interview consultants and contractors, providing advice to stakeholders on their suitability for projects.
  • Advise on requirements, regulations, licenses needed from government and landlord, ensuring these are addressed in project planning and execution.
  • Act as a specialist advisor to stakeholders on design, equipment, layout, and other issues.
  • Represent Plaza Premium Group to consultants, contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders related to projects.
  • Monitor performance of consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders, reporting to stakeholders on standards, quality, and performance issues.
  • Report any irregularities or unauthorized deviations from approved plans to stakeholders.
  • Ensure site conditions meet safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor progress, milestones, budgets, and deliverables according to plan, reporting regularly to stakeholders on progress and any major deviations.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders during project completion on acceptance, rectification, and quality assurance.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction, or related disciplines, or proven experience in project management with well-established organizations.
  • Knowledge of M&E systems is desirable.
  • Experience in the hospitality and food & beverage industry is preferred.
