Job Title: Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead our product management team and drive the development of our platform capabilities. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams, defining product strategies, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of product managers and collaborate with engineering teams to shape the technical architecture and design decisions.
  • Define a compelling product strategy to advance our platform capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Use metrics and user feedback to guide ongoing innovation and refinement of our platform offerings.
  • Set clear objectives and align team members to deliver high-value outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team, with experience leading managers preferred.
  • Experience building products that involve large-scale platforms or ecosystems.
  • Experience leading a product management team with responsibility over product strategy.
  • Demonstrated results delivering large-scale enterprise solutions/services, including roadmap development, product launches, and driving innovation.
