About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Director to join our team at Gilbride Management Group (GMG). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and market needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product and program managers, fostering a high-performance culture that delivers on ambitious goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide products from conception to launch, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet technical specifications and performance standards.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure success, gathering and analyzing data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in Technology Development and Productization.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership role within the software and/or robotics technology sector, with a proven track record of successful product development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving strategic objectives; lead through dotted line relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind, capable of making data-driven decisions and identifying new opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
