Job Title: Business Unit Director

Top Aces is seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Director to lead our Technical Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate education in accounting or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
