Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Qua Lin Restaurant Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
