Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Tim Ring Property Management. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Perform Pre-Operational Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition.
- Read Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Safely erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
- Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt according to project specifications.
- Level Earth: Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable and even surface.
- Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition.
- Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
- Tend or Feed Machines: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction to ensure efficient operation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Site Environment: Outdoors, at heights, noisy, and dusty.
- Work Setting: Various locations.
- Tasks: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, handling heavy loads, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, team player, and hardworking.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, permanent position, English language, and 30 to 40 hours per week.
