Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Tim Ring Property Management. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and erect/dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications and clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various locations, including heights, noisy, and dusty environments.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Physically demanding role requiring handling heavy loads and attention to detail.
  • Accurate, dependable, and team player with a hardworking attitude.
Work Environment

Our construction sites are fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be working outdoors in various locations, including heights, noisy, and dusty environments.
