**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Circle K. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and operational goals of the store.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot.
  • Support the sales and operational goals of the store by suggesting products to customers, promoting sales and promotions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
