About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Specialist to join our team in Toronto, ON. This role will require you to work on-site 1x time per month in the Toronto office and the rest will be work from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage investment transactions, including mutual funds, ETFs, and segregated funds.
  • Provide end-to-end support for clients' investment products, including after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver operational processes and meet business objectives.
  • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and resolve issues and problems in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Top 5 Banking Operations Experience or Financial Services Operations Experience.
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams).
