Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 sales associates, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 35 hours per week.
