Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the management of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project management team in all areas of the construction process
  • Establish, update, and maintain project files, contract drawings, and logs
  • Attend and prepare minutes for project subcontractor meetings
  • Ensure information is up-to-date and assemble outstanding information for weekly priority report
  • Work directly with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and owners
Requirements
  • Architectural Technology Diploma, Engineering Degree, or equivalent
  • 2-5 years' experience in Commercial, Industrial, and/or Institutional construction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Timberline Software, and BIM Software
