Director, Contracts and Vendors Management, Global Data

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Contracts and Vendors Management, Global Data to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our global contracts and vendors management strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a global contracts and vendors management strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Lead a team of professionals in the development and implementation of contracts and vendors management processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of contracts and vendors management activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the business on contracts and vendors management matters.
- 7+ years of experience in global supply chain management and/or vendor management and/or contract management.
- Experience and knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles, best practices, and tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Excel, Powerpoint and PowerBI are a must.
- Demonstrates understanding of how technology supports our strategy.
- Strong detail orientation; able to refine deliverables and advise on contractual documentation with minimal intervention.
- Experience working with Asia teams is strongly preferred.
- Awareness of Microsoft data and cloud technology stack.
- Understands cross team structures, team cultures, partnership & information sharing within the company.
- Strong understanding of internal processes and how to lead to expedite outcomes.
- Strong emotional intelligence, social skills, awareness and management of relationships and politics in a corporate environment.
- Consistent record preparing high-quality audience-based communications and presentations, up to SVP-level.
- Consistent track record creating and rollout streamlined processes.
- Experience in intake and demand planning.
- Fit for purpose and usually refined quality.
- Constantly learns from both success and failure.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to handle through creative abrasion.
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to optimally articulate business and technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes.
