About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Demonstrator to join our team at Advantage Solutions Inc. as a representative for Costco. As a Product Demonstrator, you will be responsible for introducing new products to Costco members, creating brand awareness, and driving sales through engaging and interactive demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute in-store product demonstrations to showcase new and existing products
  • Build strong relationships with Costco members and staff to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 22 pounds, and travel to multiple locations
