Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at The Aesthetics College of Canada Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Interview, hire and provide training for staff
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
