Operations Manager

GOLDMINES CONSTRUCTION INC is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our operations team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve daily operational goals, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Determine Merchandise and Services: Identify the types of merchandise and services to be sold, taking into account market research and trends.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement price and credits policies to ensure that our products and services are competitive in the market.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise: Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets our quality and pricing standards.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that our operations are financially sustainable.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Identify the staffing needs of our operations team, ensuring that we have the right people in place to achieve our goals.
- Resolve Issues: Address any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of our operations team, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
