Job Title: Truck Driver

A & K Enns Trucking Ltd. is seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Truck Driver to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and excellent judgment and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload goods
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Excellent judgment and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be exposed to various weather conditions. The position requires the ability to lift and move heavy objects and to work at heights.
